Our front office team members, are happy to help you determine if your insurance benefits could be used at our office and see what your estimate could be. As a courtesy, we routinely help patients determine if larger expenses, such as crowns, dentures, or occlusal guards are covered under your plan by submitting pre-determination paperwork to your insurance.

We are in-network providers for the plans listed below, but accept almost any insurance (with the exception of Forward Health) and are happy to help you maximize your insurance benefits. 

To bridge the gap for what insurance doesn’t cover, or for those patients who do not have dental insurance, We offer out side financing through Care Credit (can apply by clicking image below) to help you get the care you need in a timely manner.
